  • Since we update our collection on weekly basis, we try to concentrate on our e-shop to help you serve better.
  • What if I saw an item, which ends up being out of stock?
  • At Femella we try to focus on bringing in new collection as the trends change. So rarely we repeat a style, unless it's by popular demand.
  • How can I place an order online?
  • Its very easy, once you have created an account online you can start shopping right away. Once you have chosen the product click on it and there will be an icon for (add to cart) once you click on it the item will be put in your cart and you can either check out or continue shopping.
  • Can I place an order over the phone?
  • No, we are sorry but at this time we don't accept orders over the phone.
  • Where do we ship?
  • As an online fashion boutique we cater to the whole wide world. To see the shipping rates for the specific country please click here (link to the page where customers can check the delivery rates)
  • How can I track my order?
  • Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. If this doesn't help you can always email us @ orders@femellafashions.com
  • Can I change my existing order?
  • Once the order is placed, it's hard to modify it.
  • Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
  • When placing your order just select the option for gift-wrap. We will gift wrap it for you for free.
  • How can I pay for my order?
  • We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN Express and we also give an option of paying through Pay Pal (to make it easier for our customers). If you are having problems with the payment process please email us @ info@femellafahions.com.
  • What if I want to exchange my order? Or I ordered a wrong size?
  • With your order we send you a return/exchange form (click here). You can fill it out and send it back to us within 14 days from the date you received it and we will ship it out for free (India only) for int'l orders there will be a charge (click here).
